Inchcape adopted the PRINCE2 methodology which means I am familiar with following a very structured project management process.  Through the many projects I was involved in at Inchcape I was responsible for almost all aspects of the project management process.  As well as operating as project manager on many projects, I was also involved at a more detailed level including producing the business case, the business requirements documentation, the design documentation (together with the technical team), producing and overseeing user testing, through to post launch support.
