Project Manage Inchcape UK Website Launch

This was an interesting project to manage as being the home page for Inchcape in the UK it had the vested interests of all the UK businesses.  The challenge was to deliver a home page that would clearly outline what Inchcape UK was all about and provide a simple entry point to each of the UK businesses.

The project was not so much a challenge in terms of technical work required but in bringing together the relevant heads of business and seeking consensus on a unified approach.  Additionally I was tasked with delivering a site that reflected the new Inchcape UK look and feel, defined in another project I managed.
